B\u00e6redygtighed er ikke l\u00e6ngere bare et buzzword; det er en livsstil, som verden bliver n\u00f8dt til at vedtage for at bremse klima\u00e6ndringerne. B\u00e6redygtighed refererer til en r\u00e6kke praksisser, herunder at reducere vores afh\u00e6ngighed af visse energier, begr\u00e6nse vores drivhusgasemissioner og \u00e6ndre den m\u00e5de, vi handler eller pendler p\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Regeringer og virksomheder skal betragte b\u00e6redygtighed som at tr\u00e6ffe beslutninger baseret p\u00e5 virksomhedens etik og ansvar, fra det \u00f8kologiske fodaftryk til hver global forretningspraksis. S\u00e5 er der forretningsomkostningerne: Den energi, du betaler for, der alene driver din it-infrastruktur, er en betydelig procentdel af dine samlede udgifter.<\/p>\n

Vigtigere er det, at promovering af din virksomhed for dens b\u00e6redygtige indsats m\u00e5ske ikke resulterer i billigere forretningsprocesser, men at g\u00f8re det rigtige er stadig vigtigere for kunderne \u2013 s\u00e5 at fork\u00e6mpe gr\u00f8nhed kan forbedre dit brands image. (Den globale detailhandler Patagonia er et godt eksempel.) Bem\u00e6rk, at b\u00e6redygtighed ikke kun skal bruges som et fatamorgana for markedsf\u00f8ring; i stedet b\u00f8r b\u00e6redygtig praksis indarbejdes i dine forretningsprocesser.<\/p>\n

De overordnede principper for robust digital udvikling er at vedligeholde projekter lokalt i Tanzania og tr\u00e6ne lokalt<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Vi er i Zanzibar, en \u00f8 ud for Tanzanias fastland, for at levere tjenester lokalt. Vi uddanner ogs\u00e5 LOKALE teknikere. Vi arbejder t\u00e6t sammen med Daraja Foundation<\/strong><\/a> at hj\u00e6lpe med at vejlede og udvikle lokale it-specialister, som bor her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Vi er meget opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5, at historisk set unge mennesker, der \u00f8nsker at forf\u00f8lge en karriere inden for IT, forlader \u00f8en for at tage til fastlandet, \u00d8stafrika eller videre\u2026 og aldrig vende tilbage.
